Family Healing Retreat
Peace does not imply the absence of conflict. What is needed is a safe space to cultivate our capacity to contain and move through challenges.
This innovative psychotherapy approach offers you and your family an experience that is a catalyst for positive transformation. In order to create change, it is helpful to gain perspective by stepping out of the family home and daily routines. Being immersed in nature allows for inspiration, peacefulness, adventure, and the healing power of the elements.
Guided by a Registered Psychotherapist, specializing in work with children, youth, and parents, family members will have the opportunity to have personal as well as group sessions.
Through our approach you will learn and be able to practice new skills drawing from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Expressive Arts Therapy:
